By signing up for a Zero Hero Subscription , you agree to recurring charges based on your selected plan. Subscription billing cycles are monthly unless stated otherwise. No refunds are issued once an order has been processed.

Due to the nature of our eco-conscious and refillable products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective. Approved returns will be eligible for store credit or replacement . Custom-blended and personalized items (e.g., custom scents, wellness kits ) cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers or use Zero Hero refillable options to reduce waste. Our products follow a low-waste, closed-loop system , and we encourage responsible disposal of packaging. We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer’s container does not meet hygiene and safety standards .
7. Co-Op Membership & Community Involvement (Coming Soon)
Zero Hero is in the process of implementing a cooperative model that will allow for community ownership, decision-making, and profit-sharing . Future co-op membership terms, voting rights, and revenue distribution will be outlined in a separate membership agreement. By participating in community-based decisions , members agree to act in the best interest of Zero Hero’s mission.
